Warm-up

3 Rounds:

10 Lunges with dumbbell

10 V-UP

100 Singles

30 Forward Arm circles

30 Backward Arm Circles

WOD

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

In teams of 2-4, complete 5-min AMRAP at each station:

Wall Balls 20/14

Burpee

Push-up

Power Clean 95/63

Over-Head Carry 45/25 (2 laps around inside of building is one rep)

**There will be 2 minutes between each station to rest and enter your team’s score for each movement.
