Time to test your strength as a benchmark for 2016!

Warm-up

Warm up as you see fit before starting The CrossFit Total.

Strength

You will get three attempts at each movement. Take your time and make them count!

The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)

Goal Attacking

Set a fitness goal for 2016! Make sure it is a S.M.A.R.T. goal and use the remaining class time to attack that goal.

S – Specific

M – Meaningful

A – Attainable

R – Relevant

T – Time Bound
