Front Squat – 7 reps at 65-70%

Bulgarian Split Squat – 8-10 reps each leg

Rest 2 Minutes

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Situps

Tabata Box Jumps 24/20

rest 2 minutes

Tabata Air Squat

rest 2 minutes

Tabata Double Under
