Double-Unders x 40-50 reps

Handstand Walks x 10 Meters

Box Jumps x 12-15 reps

WOD

Metcon (Time)

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

15 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1

100 Meter Run

Rest 45 seconds

Handstand Walk
