Deadlift – 7 Reps @2011

Percentages should be in the 55-60 percent range.

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Four sets for times of:

15 Burpees

15 Deadlift (185/135 lbs)

15 Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 2 minutes between sets
