In teams of 2 with only one teammate working at a time complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Every time you switch which partner is working make a tick mark.
50 air squat
16 alternating reverse frontrack lunges (1-45 lb dumbbell per team.)
Then total the number of tick marks, multiply by 2 and subtract that many reps from your score.
