200 Meter farmers carry

10 Weighted Alternating Lunges

then

3 Minute OH Hold

TEAM WOD

Metcon (Time)

In teams of two with only one partner working at a time:

100 Tricep Extensions

100 Bench Press

100 Lat Pull-Downs

100 Bicep Curls

Lightly jog for 30 Minutes

Practice Flexing
