Important Class Notice!

This Friday, July 13th, all classes will be meeting at the USAO pool located next to the soccer field. This class will not count against your membership and is open to all members.

Chickasha CrossFit – Fitness

Strength

Take 15 minutes for each movement and build to a heavy single for each one.

Overhead Squat (1-1-1-1-1)

Front Squat (1-1-1-1-1)

Back Squat (1-1-1-1-1)
