3 Rounds as a group of:

10 Hip Circles

1 Banded Monster Walk

10 hip shoulder rotations

30 second Sampson stretch each side.

Skill

Deadlift Review

Strength

Deadlift (7-7-7-7-7-7-7)

Take the remainder of class and 7 sets to build up to a 7 rep max.
