Warm-up

Complete 2 rounds of:

10 good mornings

10 knee circles

10 Air Squat

10 Ankle Circles each direction

10 hip circles

10 Jumping Squats

Then

Run a block and do 10 burpees

Metcon (Time)

40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Box Jumps 30/24

Sit-ups
