Who wants to win a FREE UNLIMITED YEAR to Chickasha CrossFit?

Here are the details:

Every class you attend from October 1st through December 28th will put your name in for a chance to win the free year. The winner will be announced on New Years Eve.

Rules:
1. You must be a current member to win (as of December 31st), drop ins and free trials are not eligible.
2. You are responsible for making sure you are checked into class as we are using WODIFY to track your attendance. All classes are eligible, including open gym and focus & flexibility.
3. The prize is an unlimited monthly membership from January 2019 – December 2019, is non-transferable and has no cash value. It can not be put on hold to be used at a later time.
4. Any instance of cheating, including but not limited to checking into classes you did not attend will disqualify you from winning.

Strength

Back Squat

Five sets of:

Back Squat x 2-3 reps

Rest 3 minutes

WOD

Metcon (Time)

In teams of two, alternate rounds, until you complete 10 rounds (5 each) for time of:

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

10 Toes to Bar

5 Burpee Broad Jumps
